Creative expression is a basic fundamental of understanding and growth. Light manifesting as color is energy resonating at various frequencies that are intrepreted by us mentally and physically. Maybe it's easier to understand this when you know that light has particle properties known as photons. Also in this molecular dance is music and sound which also has the ability to excite and calm which affect our moods and health. So unknowingly, all of us are effected in our global community through the arts. This understanding isn't commonly spoken of, but artists know of the meditative qualities that are experienced while creating art. Others identify to art in nonverbal ways that either appeal or repel with their psyche.
